[fontforge-users] Odd error message

Can you find the points with tab?

Drawing a capital B
Error check shows a problem, "Two selected points are end points of an
open path" yet no points are highlighted in yellow.

How please? What is the indication that I've found the points
in question?

ps. Twice more I've had handles 'locked'. Resolved by closing and re-opening
the window of that character.

It will rotate through all points on all contours but when it makes a step
you don't expect then you can use the arrow keys and zoom keys to find out
what is going on
