[fontforge-users] spacing

I'm with a problem creating the spacing of some letters.
I have gotten broken values for the left side bearing or for the right side
bearing and I can't fix them equal.
For example, my LBearing is 30 and the RBearing is 28.18, and I can't
change to 30/30.

This is happening im my mac, the other computer with ubuntu works fine.

Is anyone experienced this?

I used to get this on Ubuntu in 2009. Its weird there are differences cross
platform, because the same version of FF should work identically cross
platform.

Workaround: Save the file, quit FF, edit the SFD in a text editor, open it
:)
